Ferment is a timer app for home fermentation. It helps you track fermentation stages with clear timers and sound signals. The Pro purchase unlocks full customization, including an expanded recipe library and adaptive timing logic based on ambient temperature. Works fully offline with no account required. This app installs at no charge. Its features are unlocked by the in-app purchase: a Pro subscription (EUR 2.99/month, renews automatically until cancelled, cancel anytime in Microsoft Store settings) or a one-time Lifetime purchase. There is no trial period, and nothing is charged unless you choose to buy.

How the subscription works

• Auto-renews monthly via Apple's standard subscription system.
• Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment, under its own policy: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play and the Microsoft Store through your account with them.
• No third-party tracking or analytics SDKs inside the app.

What we don't collect

• Your contact list, photos, location, microphone, or camera.
• Any content you enter into the app (notes, logs, data) — it stays on your device unless you explicitly sync.
• Identifiers used to track you across other apps.
